TERPENE: Phytol – fahy-tawl

Phytol is used to ward off insect predators as well as help prevent unwanted invaders in the soil while supporting healthy bacterias. 

FOUND IN: Green tea, mint, basil, tarragon, citrus fruit, lettuce and legumes 

AROMA/FLAVOR: Citrus, green tea, floral

BENEFITS: relaxing, sedative, calming

CULTIVARS (strains): 

  • Sour Diesel: Fast-acting and energizing, with a pungent aroma. Aids in relieving symptoms from depression, pain and stress (Sativa).
  • Cheese: Hits hard and fast, has a pungent cheese aroma. Aids in relieving symptoms from depression, loss of appetite and anxiety.
