Riely Dolan Amerosa is an educator, natural farmer, hash maker, licensed massage therapist, nursing assistant (pending licensing May 2024), and medical cannabis patient.
Coming from a multi-generational cannabis farming family, he has been exposed to the power of the plant from an early age. Witnessing his mother’s journey as a patient and caregiver, Riely became aware of its transformative impact on health. As a high school athlete, Riely sustained life changing injuries, leading him to his own personal healing journey with CBD, and later as a medical cannabis patient at 19 years old.
These experiences ignited his passion for cannabis and its medicinal potential.
The family founded NurseGrown Organics, Vermont hemp and CBD, Vermont’s first Clean Green Certified hemp farm while he was in middle school.
After helping to manage the family hemp farm throughout high school, Riely left Vermont to continue and complete his college degree in Environmental Science and Economics, which furthered his desire to continue both learning himself and educating others on the importance of sustainable agriculture.
After college, Riely dove deep into the study of Korean Natural Farming (KNF) during a summer practicum in Humboldt, California at a KNF cannabis farm. He became a second level KNF educator for regenerative agriculture and began his hash making journey while honing his cannabis sommelier skills exploring the trenches of the Emerald Triangle.
Returning to Vermont at the inception of the adult use market in the fall of 2022, Riely was the Educational Manager at Winooski Organics before transitioning to Hashmaker at Lowkey Alchemy, Vermont’s first hashery.
Riely is a Vermont state vendor trainer for cannabis retail employee education and co teaches the Cannabis Training course.
